Terms and Conditions
Trips
Clients will be provided with an itinerary detailing the planned destinations and activities. Safari services will be rendered as scheduled, except in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to road closures, adverse weather conditions, or safety concerns. Should such situations occur, the itinerary may be modified at the discretion of Twigaa Safari, and clients will be duly informed, with alternative arrangements made where feasible. Twigaa Safari will endeavor to uphold the quality of the itinerary.
Clients are advised that conditions in Tanzania may differ from those in developed countries, and sudden changes in government-imposed fees or taxes, such as national park fees, may arise. Twigaa Safari reserves the right to pass on any such additional costs to clients.
Payment Terms
The payment terms are as follows:
- A payment of 50% of the total amount is due upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% is due one week prior to departure.
An invoice will be issued to the customer prior to the departure date.

Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the departure date, a full refund of the payment amount shall be issued.
- For cancellations made 15 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the payment amount shall be refunded.
- For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the departure date, the payment amount shall be non-refundable.
Insurances
It is imperative that clients obtain and maintain suitable travel and medical insurance coverage.
Twigaa Safari reserves the right to cancel the holiday at any time if such a policy is not obtained by the client.
Visas
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their passports and visas are valid. Tourist visas are generally obtainable upon arrival in Tanzania. Twigaa Safari assumes no liability for any issues related to visa procurement or validity.
Booking Confirmation
By booking with Twigaa Safari, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.
If the client has a medical condition or disability that may affect their holiday, please inform us before confirming the booking. Full details must be provided in writing at the time of booking. Twigaa Safari reserves the right to decline or cancel the booking if we cannot reasonably accommodate these needs.
